1. Website and service scope

This website introduces AI Headshots, AI Hairstyle, AI Fashion, and creative directions, and provides email contact links. It currently offers no account registration, user-photo uploads, online AI inference, purchases, or subscriptions.

If you use a product through a separate application, app store, or service, its actual service description, pricing, privacy policy, and applicable terms must be provided and reviewed separately. Website descriptions do not replace a product contract or transaction confirmation.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have the legal capacity required by applicable law; minors should use the website with a parent or guardian’s guidance. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious content, or attack, disrupt, or bypass security measures without authorization.

Ordinary browsing, sharing page links, and reasonable quotation permitted by law are not prohibited. Automated access must not disrupt service, evade access restrictions, or violate applicable law.

3. AI images and illustrative content

Portrait, hairstyle, and fashion gallery images are AI-generated creative concepts. They are not actual customer results, real-person endorsements, or statements of brand partnership. Images may include inaccuracies or unnatural details. Actual product results can vary with inputs, styles, and service conditions.

Headshot examples do not guarantee acceptance by an employer, platform, or official identity-document process. Hairstyle and fashion examples provide visual inspiration, not professional beauty, medical, or other individualized advice. Follow the requirements of your actual platform and use case. Do not use AI images for impersonation, fraud, forged identity, or infringement.

4. Website content and intellectual property

Rights that we or other rights holders lawfully hold in website text, interfaces, code, marks, and other materials remain protected. The legal status of AI-generated content can vary by jurisdiction, content, and generation conditions. Public display does not mean we guarantee exclusive copyright in every image or automatically grant a commercial-use license.

Without the relevant rights holder’s permission, do not use protected content, marks, or page designs for impersonation, misleading promotion, or unauthorized commercial reproduction. Third-party names describe use cases and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

5. Your communications and materials

When contacting us, provide accurate information needed for your request. Unless separately agreed, we do not ask you to send photos or sensitive personal information by email. You must have the necessary permission to provide any attachments you choose to send.

You retain rights you lawfully hold in your materials. An email inquiry does not grant us permission to publish your photos, use them in advertising, or train AI models on them. See our Privacy Policy for information processing.

6. Availability, pricing, and external services

Unless a specific service page explicitly states otherwise, this website does not promise launch dates, supported regions, generation times, output quantities, accuracy rates, prices, or refund conditions. Email correspondence does not by itself establish a confirmed purchase contract. Transaction terms must be clearly provided by the relevant service before a transaction.

The website may link to email tools, app stores, or other third-party services. Those providers operate their services and may apply separate terms and privacy rules. Providing a link does not remove responsibilities that we must bear under applicable law.

7. Maintenance and responsibility

We may change the website for maintenance, security, or feature updates. Access can also be affected by networks or devices. We reasonably maintain website information but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access or suitability for a particular purpose you have not communicated to us.

You may stop browsing at any time. Revisions do not retroactively change rights and obligations already established by law. If the website stops operating, applicable continuing information-processing and other legal obligations remain.

10. Applicable law, disputes, and contact

These terms are interpreted under applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China without excluding mandatory consumer or personal-information protections that apply where you are located. Please contact us first to discuss an issue. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court or other authority with lawful jurisdiction. This clause imposes no mandatory arbitration and removes no statutory complaint or litigation rights.
